Rryze by Rretoriq ("Rryze", "the App", "we", "us") is a speaking and communication practice app used by schools and colleges. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how you can request it be deleted.
Rryze is provided to schools as an institutional tool. Student and teacher accounts are created and managed by the partner school, not through public self-signup. A school's administrator or teacher issues each student a login ID.
We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and we do not sell personal information.
Student data is shared only with the student's own school (its administrators and teachers) and, where applicable, the student's parent/guardian. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Account and assessment data is retained for as long as the school account is active, so schools and teachers can track student progress over time. Data is deleted on request as described below, or when a school's contract with Rretoriq ends and deletion is requested.
Rryze is used by school-age students under the supervision of their school. Accounts are created and controlled by the school, which acts as the point of contact for consent and data requests under applicable school-data and children's-privacy rules in its jurisdiction.
You, or your school on your behalf, can request access to or deletion of account data at any time. See our Account & Data Deletion page for how to request deletion.
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access-controlled backend systems) to protect account and assessment data from unauthorized access.
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
